Shipping costs
United States: Standard shipping is free on every order to a U.S. address. There is no minimum order.
Where available, express shipping to U.S. addresses can be chosen at checkout (a phone number is required):
- T-shirts and most other items: $9.99
- Hats, bags and kids' items: $11.99
- Hoodies and pants: $12.49
If your cart mixes items from more than one of these groups, checkout adds the express rate for each group.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Standard rates per order (USD):

Some items ship internationally at a carrier-calculated rate, which is shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders. They are set by your local customs office and are not in our control, so please check with your local customs office.
Processing time
Every item is printed on demand for your order by our fulfillment partner. Fulfillment usually takes 3–7 days, then your order ships.
Delivery time estimates
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- Other international: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times depend on your location and the carrier.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Questions about your shipment? Email us at admin@infinitemotiv.com.
Late, lost or misaddressed packages
If your order hasn't arrived, please check your shipping confirmation email for address mistakes, ask your local post office, and check with your neighbors. Then email admin@infinitemotiv.com with your order number. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the address you provide is insufficient for the courier, the shipment is returned to our facility and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. Unclaimed shipments are also returned, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping them.
